The main level features an open floor plan, creating a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, perfect for gathering, cooking, and making memories together. Light pours in through triple arched windows above the staircase, framing a breathtaking view of Longs Peak, one of Colorado’s most iconic 14,000-foot summits.
Sleeping arrangements include:
A master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, perfect for restful nights and morning mountain views.
A first guest bedroom furnished with two queen-sized beds, ideal for families or guests who prefer extra space.
A third guest bedroom with one queen-sized bed, offering comfort and privacy for additional guests.
Easy access is a defining feature of this unit. With parking located right next to the lower-level entry, guests can enter with ease, ideal for those who prefer fewer steps. Alternatively, drop-off access is available at the upper entrance, which includes only a few steps up to the deck.
Facing south for abundant natural light, F04 is also one of the few units equipped with air-conditioning, making it a comfortable retreat no matter the season. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail while soaking in the beautiful mountain surroundings.

An Ideal Stay for a Wedding Weekend in Estes Park
by Keely WrightWe stayed three nights in this condo at Black Canyon Inn for our daughter’s wedding and had a wonderful experience. The condo was very nice and extremely well laid out. Two bedrooms and a bath downstairs worked perfectly for our other daughter and her family, while the upstairs master bedroom and bath provided privacy and comfort. The upstairs kitchen, dining, and living areas were spacious and great for gathering. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The entire staff was excellent — from the friendly and helpful team in the office during check‑in and check‑out to the amazing staff at the wedding venue itself. Everything was well organized and professionally handled. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Black Canyon Inn, especially for anyone attending or hosting an event there.

Perfect condo for our wedding stay!
by DeanieWe had a great time at our daughter\'s wedding at Black Canyon and this unit was the perfect place to stay while in Estes Park. Comfy beds, fireplace, kitchen and everything needed for our stay was included. It allowed the bride\'s sister and family to stay downstairs while we, the parents, stayed upstairs. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again and again.
