Our Lawn area is framed with a backdrop of large granite boulders and can seat wedding ceremonies of up to 200 people. It is an ideal spot for your wedding site in Estes Park, Colorado.
Our stream-fed Pond features a small island accessed by an arched bridge and grand views of Longs Peak in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The island itself will accommodate only 20 people for that intimate Estes Park wedding.
The Twin Owls Deck offers the picturesque Colorado wedding site. You’ll have the backdrop of the MacGregor Ranch, Lumpy Ridge and the Mummy Range. The deck will accommodate groups of up to 75 people.
2008 Rates are 50% off of January, February, March, April and December 2008 Weddings.
These rates include the use of the area for three hours, back up room, chairs and the set up of the chairs. You are responsible for any additional items.
There is no dressing room for the wedding party to get ready in. You will need to arrange this prior to your arrival of the event. There is lodging located on the property. For lodging information, contact the Black Canyon Inn at 800-897-3730 or go to our Rooms & Rates page.
Photography
Use of the Black Canyon Inn property for any photography occassion is available for a fee of $150.00 (plus tax). All uses and time scheduling must be arranged in advance to avoid conflicts.
The fee does not apply for pictures taken at a site that you have rented for your ceremony. If you are having your ceremony on our property, and wish to use additional sites, it will be $50.00 (plus tax) per site. For example, if you are having a ceremony on the lawn and wish to have pictures made on the island, a fee of $50.00 (plus tax) will apply to the use of the island.
Scheduling must be made in advance.All fees must be paid in full at time of reservation.
Photography cancellations prior to 90 days before the scheduled event will be refunded 50% of the entire deposit.
