Active Military Wedding Special: Effective immediately, upon booking 3 nights lodging, we will waive the ceremony site fee for any couple where either the bride and/or groom are currently active in the United States military.  This offer is valid January – April/November – December 2010 for 1-40 guests.  This is a saving of up to 75% off the regular seasonal ceremony package.

All Inclusive Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package:

2010 All Inclusive Ceremony & Reception Package:

• All ceremonies are provided a 3-hour block of time at the wedding site of your choice.  The pricing is dependent only on the number of guests and does not vary between the sites.  The 3 hours affords time for site decoration, your ceremony, lots of great wedding photos and site cleanup.  An indoor backup site in case of inclement weather is included.
• The Black Canyon Inn event staff will set up and take down all required chairs.
• Packaged in the ceremony site fee is 3 nights lodging in one of the beautiful 1-bedroom condominiums or log cabin.
• Your ceremony site fee allows for photos at all of our scenic locations around the Black Canyon Inn property.
• A dress rehearsal is scheduled on the day previous to your wedding ceremony.  The specific time is planned around any wedding ceremony that may occur on the day of your rehearsal.
• Reception at the Twin Owls Steakhouse.
• Wedding officiant to perform your ceremony.
• 50 minute photo shoot with Cathcart Photography during your ceremony.
• Hand tied rose bouquet for the bride and a matching rose boutonniere for the groom from Karen’s Flower of Estes.
• 2-tiered wedding cake from Schmidt’s Bakery.

The rate for this package is $2775 plus tax and gratuity.
