Rate Information

• Prices are based on a nightly rate and double occupancy
• The extra person fee is $15.00 per person per night
• Maximum occupancy does apply
• Sleeper sofas are only for children up to the age of 12
• Tax is not included
• Deposit(s) are taken at the time of the reservation.  A multiple night stay is 50% and a single night stay is 100%.
• Cancellation policy:  up to 30 days prior to scheduled reservation, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit refund.  Less than 30 days prior to
  scheduled arrival date deposit will be forfeited.
