• Prices are based on a nightly rate and double occupancy.

• Sleeper sofas are only for children up to the age of 12.
• Tax is not included.
• Low Season Holidays have a two-night minimum at the shoulder season rate.
• Groups booking the entire property have a 90-day cancellation policy.
• Deposit(s) are taken at the time of the reservation. A multiple night stay is 50% and a single night stay is 100%.
• Cancellation policy: up to 30 days prior to scheduled reservation, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit refund. Less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date deposit will be forfeited.
