This person will work Thursday-Monday evenings and weekends. This position requires living on-site. Listed below are the main duties of this position, but not limited to the list.

• Answering the phones
• All aspects of booking reservations
• Checking in/out guests
• Answer guests complaints and resolve any problems that may arise
• This person will be the after hours contact for any emergency that may occur or phone calls that come in
• Assist with housekeeping as needed
• Be responsible for inventory and maintenance management
• Wash and fold laundry
• Check and close down the pool area before you leave
• Show guests rooms and assist with viewing wedding sites

We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented and organized, familiar with the Estes Park area, has computer skills, verbal and written communication skills. Training will be provided, but experience and skills in the lodging industry is required.
