As you gaze northwest from your living room window, the cattle ranch of MacGregor Ranch lies beneath the Rocky Mountain National Parks, Lumpy Ridge. This working cattle ranch was founded in 1873 by Alexander and Clara MacGregor.
Today, this working cattle ranch is also an educational center. The Muriel L. MacGregor trust fund was organized in 1978 and offers an insight to the history of Estes Valley.
The Estes Valley and the Rocky Mountain National Park offer a variety of outdoor activities. No matter your choice, you will have a seasonal outdoor heated pool to enjoy or relax and soothe those muscles in the two person jetted tub in the master bath of
your vacation rental condo.
Keep your eyes opened and cameras ready! Elk, fox, marmot, bobcat, hummingbirds and bears have all been seen on the slopping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.
As evening winds down, relax iin front of the stone gas fireplace in the living room or step out onto a fantastic balcony. What a view!
Your fullly stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. Rentals are not stocked like your home, there is adequate appliances and cookware to do some basic meals or your morning coffee.
