  We love Black Canyon. We just completed our 6th stay there. Great location, close to town but away from the crowds. Elk near the pond each time. Awesome views. The cleaning staff is the best hands down. If your going to Estes, stay at Black Canyon!

  My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Black Canyon Inn (Unit B4) in Estes Park. We absolutely loved it! The location is perfect,right near downtown Estes Park and around the corner from the beautiful Stanley Hotel (recommend a visit there - ghost tour and dinner). The views are just awesome, especially in the unit we stayed, which was overseeing the pond and also had great mountain views. There are big boulders on the side of the driveway leading up to the Black Canyon lodges which you can climb up if you want and enjoy a peaceful sunset. The amenities in the unit were great (whirlpool tub, fireplace, comfy couch and recliner, cute decorations). The place is also close to the entrance to the Park and super close to a beautiful hike to Gem Lake. We'll definitely come back and stay here again when we visit! Absolutely loved it!

  I loved B4 – and am so thankful this is the unit that we were given, I think it is the one that I will continue to request out of majority of the ones I had seen during our stay for our wedding. While ALL of Black Canyon Inn is LOVELY, and comfy, with gorgeous views, and comfortable home away from home living while there, B4 for me really felt like home. The décor was warm and comfortable and classy – the king bed was perfect, the linens soft and enjoyable, as were the pillows! (I normally travel with my own, but was pleasantly surprised.) – The location was prime for our needs with so many friends and family staying on the property for our wedding with easy access to and fro. We loved the Jacuzzi tub, of course, and just the overall feel of the unit – my ONLY complaint (and more of a moan than complaint) was the lack of water pressure in the shower (I have very long hair) – but this would NOT prevent me from specifically staying in this unit for years to come! Just loved B4 a lot, and now we have 3 days of wonderful memories here to look back on. LOVE BCI!

  From the professional service provided by Breeyan, the business manager, to the spotless, fully stocked kitchen with every kitchen gadget you might need for cooking even if you were not planning to cook you get inspired to do it on this kitchen. The stunning mountain views, the peacefulness on this property, an awesome jacuzzi, fireplace.....we love it so much that we would like to make this place our location for our year family reunion. We consider other locations to stay and after being told there was no availability we contacted the Black Canyon Inn on Thursday and we were wanting a place for Saturday. On Friday Breeyan called to confirm availability and got us booked. While there we went to look the other properties we had inquired and we all agreed we got the best place, the quieter, best location, the most beautiful ground, mountain views and the restaurant (Twin Owls) we didn't get to try it but went there for a drink and the ambiance is fantastic, great-friendly service. The owner was there and we just realized when we were leaving. He has a very friendly and warm personality. Anyway, this is the place don't miss it whenever you are in the area or just plan a trip to Estes Park to visit the Black Canyon Inn. Other places we enjoyed: the Egg and I in Estes Park, the Tapestry of life Coffee and the Meadow Mountain Cafe for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch in Allenspark about 30 minutes driving from the Black Canyon.

  The room was wonderful, and the appliances especially were nice (a step above B3, where my mother stayed). The only niggle was a leak in the bathroom hot water faucet, which caused it to dribble onto the counter top, and the toilet flapper valve was wearing out, causing it to run.

  This was our fourth stay at the Black Canyon Inn. It was our first stay at a condo as we had stayed in the two person cabin on our previous visits. Location, accomodations, view, people working at the Inn along with a first class restaurant on site make it a perfect destination. Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, a few blocks from downtown Estes Park yet extremely secluded for privacy, with amazing views of Rockies. We will be back again!

  Great place to unwind and enjoy the mountains. The condo was very clean, well kept and included most everything you'd need in the kitchen. It was a nice place to come back to after a day in RMNP or touring the town of Estes Park. It was awsome watching big bull elk right from our deck!
  
  The weather was warm during our stay and being from the south we were not used to not having AC. However, we opened the windows and let some cool air in during late evenings. I might suggest installing a ceiling fan, especially in the bedroom but there was a box fan provided.
  
  We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it. Breeyan was a big help prior to our trip by answering our many questions and making helpful suggestions. It was a great trip and hope to do it again one day.

  Stayed at several different properties over the years in Estes Park and we would rate our experience with Black Canyon at the top! Rental was very clean, neat and exactly as pictured on website. View of Long's Peak while having breakfast on the deck is amazing! Surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. Big plus is no smoking policy on property. Small issue with blind in bedroom but was rectified after the 1st evening. In fact, we met the owner of the unit during our check-out and she was working with a contractor to install all new blinds in the unit. Excellent wi-fi signal in B4.   We had a wonderful time in the condo up at Black Canyon Inn. We were married on Saturday and the staff was very accommodating when I contacted them earlier on Saturday afternoon. Despite a fire across town they were very willing to help in any way they were able. The only negative thing I have to share about our stay was that the main blind in the bedroom was malfunctioning and was not able to be fully closed. Apart from that, we had a delightful stay...thank you!!!

  Very peaceful place to stay - my wife and I have been twice and it is becoming our go-to place when we want to get away. The restaurant was good - very convenient to have it right there across the parking lot, and even on a fully booked night, the traffic didn't bother us. The furniture was a bit dated. The bed was soft, but felt like it was beginning to develop dips where each person sleeps. The in-floor radiant heat was quite warm, but adjusts very slowly (seems that it's just the way radiant heating works, so make small adjustments and be patient). Most rooms have a really nice view of the mountains in one direction or another.

  I am a wedding planner and I had my wedding at BCI. Rosemary was the very best and I wanted to take her home! She handled everything professionally and made me feel very special and pampered, as well as took an interest in our entire family and stay.
  The only suggestion I would have would be maybe update furnishings and carpet in B4, bed too soft and the kitchens need more amenitis; mixers, blenders, baking dishes, etc. We also had our family in F6 and the kitchen was lacking some items to make using it easier. We were running items back and forth from condo to condo. I love BCI and will definitely be back!
