A1/2 is a 900 square foot two-bedroom condo. Located at the base of Black Canyon Inn.

The Black Canyon Creek winds through our property feeding our man made pond with the back drop of an Aspen grove. While sitting out on your front patio, you may see some area wildlife meander through and stop for a drink or splash in the pond.

As evening winds down, you may find yourself in front of the stone gas fireplace in the living room, curled up with a good book or just enjoying the peacefulness.

You will find all you need in the large, fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses and flatware await whether to enjoy a cup of coffee or prepare your evening meal.

Just beyond the double doors, you will find your king sized bed in a very spacious master bedroom. And a two person jetted tub in your master bathroom. Also, in the second bedroom is not only a queen bed, but, a second sleeper sofa and another full bathroom.

To the Staff at Black Canyon Inn,

We want to extend our great thanks for an amazing weekend at the Black Canyon Inn! We had the pleasure of renting 9 condos for ourselves and our guests for three days, and so it turned into a family reunion and wedding all in one! The units we rented included A-4, A-6, B-4, B-6, A-1/2, B-1/2, C-4/5, D-4/5 and F/3, so we experienced staying in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos.

We must say that it was the best experience we have ever had! The units were all immaculately clean throughout our stay, and the staff, from the front desk ladies to the cleaning staff was excellent. The property location was also perfect for our purpose, as it was very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park, the town of Estes Park and the surrounding area. Finally, we had our Rehearsal Dinner at the Twin Owls Steak House on the Friday night that we checked in and it was wonderful!

We give the Black Canyon Inn, without reservation, a score of "5" in all categories, and look forward to returning to the property as soon as possible. Thank you all for your professionalism, friendliness and commitment to excellence in managing and maintaining your beautiful property!

We came back to Estes Park and Black Canyon Inn 20 years after we were married on the little bridge. The original cabins are gone and the restaurant has a new name but the place is still magical.

Very pleased. Lots of space in condo . Big tv, comfy chair and couch. Great views from porch and around property. Right in front of beautiful pond. We liked being right outside of the main town, quiet and perfect for toddler to run around. Convenient to travel into RMP.

Our vacation in Estes Park at the Black Canyon Inn was fantastic! The scenery from our condon was just beautiful, including the deer that entertained us almost daily. Our grandchildren
loved the heated pool, after a day of sight seeing it was very relaxing.
I would highly recommend the Black Canyon Inn to anyone visiting the Estes Park area, in fact we hope to return again soon.

Clean and quiet. Next time I would prefer an upper level room as we could hear the folks walking the floor and moving chairs above us. Plus it would be closer access to parking and swimming.

Had an amazing stay at Black Canyon Inn. We will definitely be back. The only request I would make is for black out shades. The sun rises early and comes straight through the light window treatments. Other than that......perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The accomodations were great. The first evening we had a herd of elk near the pond. What a treat. We have stayed in other condos but this one was one of the better stocked kitchens! The maids came in every day and
always left clean fresh towels. We would definitly stay here again!

The only comment I would make would be concerning the queen bed. It was very hard. After putting two folded blankets under the sheet it was softer and much more comfortable.

Overall a very nice resort and unit that I would highly recommend. Unit A1/A2 was nice but really couldn't sleep 8 people as stated and only 4 chairs at table, 4 places to sit in family room and only enough dishes for 6

The bed and the pull out bed in the second bedroom were not comfortable. We stayed with our adult children and one grandchild who stayed in this room and they did not sleep well for four nights.
