B3 is a 730 square foot one-bedroom condo located at the base of the Black Canyon Inn just outside of Estes Park, Colorado with a spectacular view of Long's Peak.
This isn’t the only view you have from this lower one-bedroom condo. The Black Canyon Creek winds through our property feeding our man made pond with the back drop of an Aspen grove. If you are lucky enough, while sitting out on your front patio, you may
see some area wildlife meander through and stop for a drink or splash in the pond.
Elk, fox, marmot, bobcat, hummingbirds and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn. Keep your eyes opened and cameras ready!
As evening winds down, you may find yourself in front of the stone gas fireplace in the living room curled up with a good book or a glass of wine.
Your fullly stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals or a cup of coffee. Also, just down the road, are many stores and quality restaurants.
You will also find in your large master bath, not only, a glass enclosed, stand-up shower, but a two-person jetted tub. Just beyond your master bath, your very spacious king sized bed in the master bedroom. We also have a seasonal, outdoor heated pool that's
a short walk from your front door!
